The historic building of Hong Kong Museum of Medical Sciences was built by Government of Hong Kong in 1906 as the Bacteriological Institute as a result of the Plague. It was Hong Kong's first clinical and public health laboratory. Caine Lane, Mid-levels, Hong Kong.
