As appointment, I went to Ruttonjee Hospital, Wanchai, Hong Kong, this afternoon for the follow-up consultation and examined my blood pressure was 137/86 and the pulse was 78.

April 29, 2008 night, around 21:40, I felt dizzy and fell on the ground of my bed room from chair when I was watching the TV.

May 2 - May 5, 2008, I stayed on Bed 3 of Ward A2, Tung Wah Eastern Hospital, as per clinic doctor when I was there for my cough.

May 5, 2008 night, about 22:35, I fainted and fell on ground again from chair in my bed room when I was watching TV, and crushed the plastic garbage can.

May 6 - May 9 2008, I stayed on Bed 27 of Ward A7, Ruttonjee Hospital, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Examined that my blood pressure was 126/70 and the pulse was 62 when I went to Ruttonjee Hospital, Wachai, Hong Kong, this afternoon for the follow-up consultation.

I went to Ruttonjee Hospital this morning for :
A./ 08:00 as appointment for blood taking;
B./ 09:00 as appointment for X-ray checking the left leg which sometime has a sense of wrong;
C./ 10:00 registered at Emergency Ward as I had a sore throat.
